Can't view Adobe TV in Mac Safari
When trying to view any video on the Adobe TV site, I get a large notice telling me to upgrade my Flash Player. I'm running the latest version and every other website plays back flash video just fine. Its only this particular site. Even after reinstalling Flash just for the heck of it, I still get the notice asking me to upgrade my player.
I'm running OS 10.5.8 on a G5 2.0Ghz DP, Safari is version 5.0.3.
Is anyone else having a similar problem?

Google Chrome and issues with YouTube
I am running the most recent version of Google Chrome on my Windows 7 laptop. It seems like everything else that is Flash works just fine, but when it comes to YouTube, I can not get the videos to load or play smoothly. Even as I type this, I have a video trying to play at the lowest possible video quality and it is loading very slowly (if even at all). I have tried numerous "fixes" all of which have not worked.
1) Delete the cookies from the computer (failed)
2) Restart computer (failed)
3) Disable Hardware Accelleration (no option is displyed in the options box, and deleted the appropriate folders, failed)
The videos won't load even if I pause the video. This seems to occur with about 90% of the videos that I attempt to play. I have no idea what to do to continue to try and fix this. Any suggestions to try and fix this issue would help greatly as YouTube is getting on my nerves now.

The sound comes and goes with flash player
The sound comes and goes on vidio's. From u-tube, nbc, etc. When the sound goes off the vidio it is like you paused it, when I didn't. Any ideas what to do?

Shockwave Adobe Flash 10.2.152.32 only plays in one 'user account'
Shockwave Adobe Flash 10.2.152.32 won't play anything imbedded using *my* User Account in WinXP SP3(for ex.: items on HuffPost/none of Hulu/no streaming radio stations' broadcasts listening functions, eg, 'radioplayer' and 'mediaplayer' in these sites' windows' addies/ no Vimeo (for ex.: someone streaming a view of a backyard bird's nest). YouTube is not a problem at all.
Firefox 3.6.14 ; 32-bit OS
Flash stopped working on my "user account" in XP when i updated Flash two days ago March 8 2011 AND then updated to IE 8 (from 6)(which we don't use) and also to SP3 for WinXP (from SP2)(not Pro). All the Microsoft updating took about an hour, maybe longer.
Turning off Hardware Acceleration had no effect.
Uninstalled and re-installed the Adobe Flash Player from Adobe's site.
Adobe plays any and all on the DH's user account, but nothing plays on my "side".
I have administrator status and all that.
Checked many FFsettings for allowing javascript, popups, internet zone medium security, etc.
NoScript to allow all or just the strictly needed, in attempts to diagnose this prob, when on a webpage.
Shockwave Flash in Add-Ons is "enabled" bec I noticed yesterday that it was somehow disabled.
Shut down and restarted three times while allowing it plenty of time to do so properly.
MS Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin 1.0.0.8 in my add-ons, also.
"HTML5 Extension for Windows Media Player Plug-in 1.0" in my Add-ons.
AVG Antivirus Free Edition 2011.
Using Sandboxie; however, I use Firefox without the sandbox and do restarts (and i'm careful to save stuff from the sandbox when closing etc) when adding.
Turned off the Windows firewall at one point while trying to get video/streaming to play after all my updating resulted in this problem.
Curious as to why the plug-in says "Shockwave Flash 10.2.152.32 with that little 10.2r152 underneath" but the version # i installed refers to *Flash Player* not Shock...blah,blah 10.2.152.32 when I obtained it-- is this just terminology quirks or different things?

11.6 Poor Network Performance in Protected Mode
It seems the networking performance has degraded heavily in Firefox with 11.6. See bug report https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3504234
This is really worrisome as the performance in Firefox was very poor even before 11.6. Especially compared to Chrome or Internet Explorer.

How can I stop the Adobe Flashplayer popup in IE?
I am trying to use Internet Explorer as my browser for various reasons. I don't want to use Foxfire or Chrome. There is a popup from Adobe Flash player that continuously shows up, and I have to click "don't allow" several times before I can use the website. And once on the website, to go from place to place (even scrolling down on the same page) this popup occurs maybe 2 or 3 times. How can I turn this off or get rid of flash player altogether. I am at my wits end.

Flash constantly sends sound to speaker
Hi all
At the company I work for we recently implemented MS Lync phone system. Works great except few minor bugs.
One of them is that PC's that don't have speakers uses those phones ( Aastra 6725ip) as default speakers but that is not really an issue.
The problems start when Flash.exe starts after opening a website or playing video that uses flash. Because windows uses the build in speaker of the phone as default device it sends all sound to there.
So what you get is: you visit a website that uses flash, flash.exe start but what it does ( and here start the weird stuff) it start sending sound to default playback device but you can't hear the sound it self. It looks like it opens some sort of sound channel. On a normal speaker you don't even notice that but our phones start displaying 'Computer Audio' once any kind of sound is played through the phone speaker. That would be no problem if once you leave the website that is using flash, that flash.exe would shut down in process list but that doesn't happen. I have to kill flash.exe to get rid of the message 'Computer Audio'.
Has anyone an idea how to get flash.exe to either stop in process list or stop sending sound when there is nothing played?
Note: We have around 150 Windows 7 sp1 machines the phones are connected to pc with a USB and internet cables (usb cable is just used for synchronization between Lync client on pc and the phone)

Codec or Flash Player problem?
Hi, I go to this site and it stops part way through. First the audio, then the video. I can click on the bar and it will start again, but it will stop again. I have windows 8, everything is updated. Tried uninstalling flash player, but it won't allow me to uninstall or delete all of it, because I believe it is embedded into the program. I tried the uninstall, doesn't seem to work. Other sites seem to work fine. http://www.narutoget.com/watch/1012-naruto-shippuden-episode-294/ if someone has windows 8 and the newest ie, could they check. I think I am going crazy, though it worked a little over a month ago. Thanks Bruce. I noticed a bug report on audio, with similar problems, but not with video? I have reported it, checking to see if anyone else has the problem. thanks again.

I have been on hold with Adobe for 45 minutes or more, three times today. And, that is AFTER
I received the call back saying you will now be connected to a support rep. What is the problem
with their supoort service? Its like no one is home but they just left the voice mail on.

Repeated requests to add-on Flash Player
I am experiencing what seems to be a common problem, with every webpage having a pop-up:
I have exhausted the various online troubleshooting guides with no luck, I have installed the latest player. I have enabled Flash in Tools|Manage add-on, disabled ActiveX filtering, cleared adobe caches, deleted browser data in Control Panel|FP|SAettings Manager|Advanced, reset security levels as suggested, and probably other steps I can't remember... Why is this so difficult? Can someone help me?

Flash not working in win8 with ie10
So,
Everything was fine, everything worked right. Obviously something, (that i can not recall0 has changed.
I have win8, and i have ie10, i am using the desktop version and then going to internet. Same as always.
All of a sudden, i get error messages on certain sites, saying " (latest version of adobe flash must be installed)" .
Then when i go to adobe site to install, it says already installed.
Works when i use Chrome, but not when i go back to ie10.
Do you know of a setting somewhere that may have been switched or whatever?
I have tried several remedies found online, but nothing seemed to work.

Flash slideshows not working.
Every since the latest upgrade of Flash I have been haveing problems with YouTube Videos not playing in Firefox, and now I note my Flash Slideshows (generated with Showit Web) are not playing at all. I have not had a problem with this in many years of using flash slideshows. Now with the last version NOTHING seems to work. I see I am not the only one having this problem. Slideshows are not playing in Firefox or IE9. This is not acceptable. And telling me how to fix it on my PC is not acceptable as none of my customers can see the slideshows on their PCs either. I am losing business as users are simply going away. This MUST be fixed!!

Flash Player 11.7.700.169 and Youtube videos viewing problem
I have just updated to the latest version of Flash Player 11.7.700.169 I cannot view many of my favorite YouTube as it ask me over and over again to update to the latest version . This is the latest version and I did it 4 times in arow. Always unable to watch many Youtube videos now. Anyone had encounter the same problem? I have Vista and Explorer 9. This just happen this morning. Didn't have any problem yesterday before this morning.Can someone tell me what is wrong and help me fix this annoying issue? Thank you

Why won't YouTube embedded video play from PowerPoint?
I have followed the normal process to embed video in PowerPoint 2010 (32 bit), and playback worked without issues a couple of months ago. Now it does not. I have completed all of the troubleshooting tips, and reinstalled latest FlashPlayer 32-bit, etc. When I go to play the embedded video in PPT, the following message appears:
"To play the selected item, you must install a later version of the Adobe Flash Player. To download the Adobe Flash Player, go to the Adobe website."
There does not appear to be any settings changed in browser (IE / Chrome), Windows Media Player, or PowerPoint.
Need a solution.

Flash Player Playback Errors
Hi, I have the latest version of Flash Player and with some YouTube videos, I cannot watch them. I get "An error occured. Please try again later" and still cannot watch certain videos if I switch to a less recent version. I use Firefox 20.1 and was wondering if the next version will fix this issue. I even tried fixing protected mode but I get an "Access denied" message when I try to save the revised version of the mms.cfg file to turn off Protected Mode.
