Every content that requires Flash Player shows messager saying I need to install Flash Player, including Adobe Hoome Page. Yet you help page says that I have 11.7.700.169 installed on my Vista 64 byte system running Explayer. But a search of programs and Control Pannel does not show Flash Player. When I try to install Flash Play, at the 50% mark of the load I am told to close brccmctl, which again I can not find. Assume it is part of Brothers but how to diable somethig that does not show up in a search? Followed all Tools instructions on enable of scripts. Issue started 10 to 14 days ago.
