Hi.
I use Adobe Flash player 11.4.402.278 on Opera 12.02 and Firefox 15.0.1. OS is Windows XP SP3 x86 with latest updates.
My computer does have 4 GB Ram and 3.2 GHz dual core AMD processor.
Almost everyday I play backgammon at games.com.
I start a new game; the processor usage is about 5% when I don't use the mouse and about 50% when I move pieces in game. After a few minutes the processor usage gradually becomes 30..40% when I don't use the mouse (when I move the pieces it's the same). But the problem is that the game interface is very "sluggish" - the dices are rolled slow, I can barely move the pieces.
If I start a new game or if I restart the games.com completely it doesn't help. The only thing that helps is to close the frame in the browser and generate a new one. And after a few minutes is again sluggish...
I noticed this problem in the last few days. I never had this problem before (for more than a year).
I restored my OS from an Acronis backup which I'm 100% sure that it doesn't have the problem, no change.
Today I updated Adobe Flash player to 11.4.402.278 (before restoring from backup was 11.4.402.265 I think), still no change.
What can I do?
Thank you in advance for any help.
Regards, Catalin
Later edit: and I have noticed something important: it's not becoming "sluggish" with time but with the number of mouse moves/clicks. If I don't use the mouse at all the processor usage stays the same even after a half hour.
