GPU usage when watching Flash Player videos?

Hello all,

I'm using latest version's of both Chrome and FP. While I watch streams on Twitch.tv or YouTube videos, my GPU temperature increases by 5-10°C. My graphic card is ATI Radeon 5450, idle temp. is 60C because of passive cooling. Hardware acceleration is off on Flash Player.

Now I wonder if this is normal behavior? Should GPU temp. rise if I watch FP content?
