I just bought a laptop with Windows 8. When I try to open videos or music on Internet Explorer I receive a message stating that I must install Flash Player even though the 32 bit version is actually embedded in Internet Explorer. This prevents me from uninstalling it or even upgrading it. Brilliant. Now what can I do before I have to return it to the store? I use lots of Adobe products and this is actually the first time I have had a major problem like this one. Please let me know what can be done. VERY frustrated!
Thanks.
