Is flash at it again?

Hey, I'm back on the fora, glad to be here.

Again The flash player is eating all my devices up. The cpu usage is huge, but capt at a 70 to 90% usage. Playing on 240p to 1080p makes no difference. The cpu is always arround that level.

Ofcourse on 720 or 1080 its inpossible to watch a video. Even in windowed mode.

Some months ago, we had the same issue, but it was fixed. Even my old single core laptop could play all fine. Even the 720p was no big deal.

Now even my quad core pc is having trouble playing a video.

What gives? I tought it was fixed. All was fine a while ago, but now I was forced to update else the video didn't play. Back in hell, once more.

My system:

Amd quad core at 2500 mhz.

4 gb dual channel 800mhz ram (3.25 gb used), ps memory isn't an issue. I see no memory leaks. Flash uses arround 60 to 100 mb.

win 7 enterprise 32 bit

Onboard HD audio, we all have.

Video: gtx 285 nvidia.

Chrome player version: 11.7.700.203

*info: LAst week, or 2 weeks ago all played fine. It happend since the new update. I remember playing flash a week or 2 ago and was checking memory and/or cpu usage. It was a mir 10 to 20%. Now all stutters again.

My laptop:  Played video's fine. even on battery optimized mode ( wich is 1 x 800 mhz cpu ) Now running at full power at 1x 1866 mhz makes no difference. Video's are just inposible to watch

Specs: Intel pentium M 750

1,25 gb ram.

WinXP prof sp 3 max updated.

Intel GMA grafics. (128 mb shared max)

Mozilla flash version: Unknown atm But its today updated then it happend.. Sorry, The laptop is currently offline but its Todays version.

But as i said. A while ago, all is fine, even on 800mhz. Now even my quad core of 2500 mhz, cant play it. win xp, win 7, win vista, it doesn't mattter. Its the flash update.

Why o why:( It worked fine...

Edit: I've just download a video, well i had to test it. In full hd 1080p. I play it locally, on any known player such as winamp, videolan, mediaplayer and so on. Cpu is arround 5 a 9 %. And I made sure the format was at 1080p. But online, visiting youtube or other online sites the 360p resolution even stutters.

Extra info. I've record my laptop (intel pentium mobile 750  wich had then only 512 mb of memory, (now it has 256+1024, since I've replaced 1 module)

But as you see, all is fine here. It fast as hell, respsonsive etc. You can see it. Now it REALLY sucks.

Flash wants to kill my laptop:
