When watching videos using flash player on websites like www.youku.com and www.tudou.com, the buffering speed seems to be limited to about 50KB/S, while the full speed is 200KB/S
This happens both on IE and chrome, and both chrome's internel plugin and the system plugin
I also tried in the administrator accont, so it's not about permissions
