Flash player is jerky and hogs my CPU

Hey people,

 

Since a couple of weeks I noticed flash player is slow and jerky and hogs my CPU for several seconds, then everything is back to normal, but soon the CPU is bogged down again.

 

OS: Windows 7 prof 64-bit, fully up to date

Browser: IE, Chrome, Comodo Dragon, I've tried them all

Flash Player: 11.7.700.203
