why does the file, when loaded to Moodle reduce in size?

I've loaded a 4 page doc from InDesign to my learning management system Moodle as part of my course. It loads fine and the page curl works but viewing is impossible. It is reduced to the point that I can't see the font. When I zoom in, it doesn't show the whole page and there is nowhere to scroll. What can I do so students can read it? Thanks. emma
