I thought this was going to allow me to chat with Adobe Customer Support. Now I'm confused and frustrated. The Adobe Flash plug-in crashes frequently. I have unistalled and reinstalled Adoble Shockway and the Adoble Flash plug-in to little avail. The website where this occurs most is http://www.ustream.tv/eaglecresthawks -- a nature site on which I will be a volunteer in the future. I am using Firefox In Private Browsing in order to keep the cache relatively clean.
