I seem to be getting an annoying case of stuttering with 11,7,700,225. Basically if I'm listening to music via Youtube in the background, and start searching in another browser tab, open Spotify (another flash based app) or sometimes when I drag the browser window... I get hiccups/stutter in the audio.
I've tried both a USB headset and the HDMI output of my Nvidia GeForce GT 610; it happens through both. The issue seems much worse with Chrome, IE10 only hiccups when Spotify is opened!?
P.S. if I listen to audio through iTunes, and then surf the web, download Windows updates, even open Spotify... nothing, not a single hiccup; music plays fine!?
