I have encountered problems with flashplayer 11.7 and need according to this page http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main _For_Windows_users to update my hardware driver.
I have done everything else on that page, tried video with/without HML and they both worked, so i know its another issue and not flashplayer. (I have also tried a clean installement of flashplayer)
I found in DiagnoseX that i have INTEL, so i went to that link in the above page. There i downloaded the newer version of Intel graphics media accelerator driver for windows vista.
Its a zipped file.
I wonder what i am supposed to do next?
I downloaded the driver in the middle of the night, i had some question whether i wanted to uninstall the old program or something like that? I unzipped the file but didn`t get any further.
So i have to install it again to explain what is happening:
When i download i get several options: -open with windows? Save file? What do i choose?
Does anyone know how to upload, save and update the harddrive?
Would be happy with some reply as i have had a lot of problems with my flash player and currently it is destroying my pc experience.
I can provide x-diagnose if needed.
