My wife has been having this problem for months.
Every game she plays on facebook, zynga , ect causes her cpu usage to spike at 100%
We have switched browsers, Used chrome, fire fox and IE. Turned off flash and used the chrome flash player.
Uninstalled and reinstalled both the browser (all browsers) and flash.
Increase flash local storgage to unlimited.
Turned off hardware exeleration.
Last night I reformated her computer.
Finished reinstalling everything this afternoon.
Everything is new so I know it's all the latest and greatest.
Same problem. Though it seams to take a little longer before the game bogs down. I played Candy Crush for 2 rounds before problems started again.
These isues are resent and I have done everything that I have found to fix the issue.
Apparently many people are having the same problem
Is there anyway do down grade to flash 9
Do you recommend just waiting for HTML5?
