Flash Player versions: 11.8.800.94, -.97 with Chrome.
Problem: Chrome plays smoothly, others appear choppy.
Very simple minigame demo SWF only 16KB in size, uses about 0-1% of CPU, 30 FPS, about 10 objects, 2 moving and 60 lines of code.
Tried GPU hardware acceleration, DirectX and CPU with same results.
11.5.502.146, IE, another PC, works fine (smooth).
11.7.700.224, Firefox, yet another PC, works fine.
