While watching a (JW Player) live cam on Windows 8 computer (IE, Chrome, and Firefox), the stream stops playing then resumes. Sometimes this happens after just a few seconds and sometimes it's good for about 10 seconds until it stops and goes again. My Flash Player version is current, it's enabled in Manage add-ons (I disabled all other unnecessary add-ons like Real Networks), ActiveX filtering is disabled, etc.... I've tried all troubleshooting tips on the Adobe site and even tried adding the website as a Trusted Site. A Windows Vista computer, using the same cable internet connection, works fine when I check the box for Enable Hardware Accelerations. I am able to watch this live stream at my sisters house using Windows 7 and can also watch it at work with no problems. Is there some setting in Windows 8 somewhere that I need to change to get the live stream to run without constantly pausing?
