HP Pavillion dv7 notebook using WIN 7Home Premium 64 bit. as of 5SEPT video drivers up to date, latest Flash Player (11.8.800.94) enabled (Shockwave shows enabled). Act X filt OFF. My Dell desktop using same op system and IE10 and FP 11..... works fine. Compatibilty view makes no difference.
