Flash Player not working with Netlimiter v1.30

So I have a problem with flash player and Netlimiter v1.30 - they are not compatible together.

To this time I was using old flash player version (11_2r202_233) where there was no additional flash .exe running in the background and it was all working well, no problems with the Netlimiter. At some point I tried for a moment flash player 11.3 I think, but it was very buggy so I went back to 11.2 and stay that way to this day. Now Mozilla is blocking that version so I have to click to launch the plugin, etc, so I decided to try newest version (11.6 r602). With that version and Netlimiter v1.30 installed twitch.tv is not working for me, streams are not loading, but let say youtube is working, I can watch videos there no problem. It's just the streams on twitch.tv that are not loading (as of now). After uninstalling Netlimiter everything is working as it's supposed to.

I actually had problems with Netlimiter and other program before. It was Origin (EA's platform for games) that had the same problem. When Netlimtier was installed I couldn't login to it, cause it was saying that there is no connection to the internet. And I assume the same is happening here. I posted about this issue on Origin's forums and they fixed it.

I don't know much about any of this but: Netlimiter is using LSP (Layer Service Provider) or something like that, and it's related to Winsock, because when resetting Winsock by executing this command in cmd: "netsh winsock reset" it's actually working (it worked for Origin before they fixed the issue and is working for flash player), but with that command executed Netlimiter is not working. It basically removes some component that Netlimiter installs. So I can't have both now, either it's flash or Netlimiter that is working. Right now I'm back to flash 11.2, cause I can't live without Netlimiter. I believe it can be fixed within flash player, just how it was fixed with Origin. Only I don't know where to post to inform adobe about this issue. Is this place the right place?

PS. I'm using old Netlimiter version v1.30 because it's the only one actually working for me properly. I tried some newer version and it was a disaster, nothing was working as intended, and it was freezing my PC every 4 seconds. So I'm using this old version for like 10 years now and I am not willing to get rid of it.
