I have Windows 7. I have two broswers on there, Internet Explorer 9 and Google Chrome. I've been getting a message to update Flash to use Amazon Instant Video. What I've done to solve this issue for IE.
- Updated Adobe Flash
-Reset Global Flash Setting
-Clear Cookies and Cache-
-Clear Native Cache
- Uninstall Adobe Flash
- Restored my previous system settings because there is no download option when I got to Adobe's website to redownload Adobe Flash
-Disabled Active X
-Disabled my Firewall settings to see if that was blocking anything
For Google Chrome I have:
-Disabled Pepper Flash
-Deleted the folder PepperData/Shockwave Flash
- Uninsatlled an Reinstalled the browser
-Disabled my Firewall settings to see if that was blocking anything
Still getting error to update Adobe Flash. Have gone to website and "updated" it. Then rinse, lather, and repeated. Nothing is working here. Help!!!
