I've been trying to fix this for a week, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted files and cleared every cache. I've used so many help pages and it's to the point where I literally want to throw my lap top out the window. I've seen the help pages for Flash Player being unresponsive, but mine says Shockwave for Director, and so yeah. I'm so frustrated!
