I have an HP laptop, Windows 7, IE 10, Flash Player 11.9.900.117, all you tube videos work great, all other internet streaming is all white in the browser for video, but has great audio, I have gone thru all of you suggestions and have had no luck getting it to work. Can you please help? Even in the Flash Player help, I get the white video screen for the Website Storage Settings Panel, see example below.
