Hey, I've been wracking my brain for a while here trying to find a way I could fix this. One of my favorite things to do on my computer is to watch Livestreams on my second monitor whenever I'm in a part of a game (often mmo crafting or civ4). I have recently upgraded to windows 8 to see how it goes, but with the update I'm finding that in every browser when I run flash player full screen it runs fine. The issue is that whenever I move focus to another program, the video becomes choppy (audio is fine). Tested on firefox, chrome, and ie (just because why the hell not test everything right?) This also happens when the player is not in fullscreen. I didn't have this issue in windows 7, and if I can't find a solution I'll probably end up moving back.
