When I watch flash video full screen it looks terrible. There's a noticeable decrease in quality even with videos 240p and under.

Horrible saturation, I believe also a massive reduction in the number of colours being displyed.
It looks similar to how the desktop looks for a few seconds when you arrive on it having left a metro app. This makes me think that Windows 8 is getting the signal that something fullscreen is happening, and so reduces the display quality of everything in the desktop. Including the video that just went fullscreen.
I have all the latest drivers installed from the manufacturer website. I also tried uninstalling flash, youtube videos looked full screen via HTML5, problem is they were also very jerky. Anyone got any ideas what might be going wrong here?
