Flash Player not working

Windows version: 8.1

Internet Explorer: 11.1

Hey everyone,

I am not sure what the problem is. When i open my Facebook to download pictures, the window tells i need to update my Flah player 11.

When I try to update it, it takes me to a screen where I can see the animation which proves that it is installed.

I go back to Facebook and try again, but flash player still says should be updated!

I Enabled the Shockwave, stopped the Activex Filtering...still not working.

Now my antivirus is saying that Flash player is a virus..

HELP PLEASE
