ive tested my flashplayer settings but flashplayer still doesn't work. Help?

I Have been having problems on this particular laptop with flashplayer.

I have updated the programme and tested it on the adobe page which tells me to change the settings. Either enable in add-ons or disable in safety. I have done both but no joy.

Has anyone got any suggestions please.
