In NBA League pass international...its watchable,but most certainly unenjoyable. The picture is stuttering,frames dropping..does not matter if it's a live stream or not. I tried everything..i have a high end pc (Intel 4670 I5 CPU,8 GB DDR3 RAM,Nvidia GTX660 GPU),i tried unistall flash,then reinstall,I tried to clean the cache of my browsers,flash, tried 5 different browsers,have the latest nvidia drivers.I even reinstalled windows,but it's the same. I experience some slowdowns in youtube too...but i really tried everything and I am clueless 
I have the latest flash player 11.9.900.149. I have the same ISP and last year NBA lp worked great.
If anybody experienced similar issues please share...
