Since Dec. 8, 2013, I can't get Youtube videos to load, the ads on youtube work, however. I have uninstalled Google Chrome and the flashplayer and reinstalled them. Had 2 different techs work 3 hours each, on this and can't figure out why it won't work.
I have done all the steps to delete browser data and the cache. I have Dell, Windows 7 Home Premium, flashplayer 11,9,900,170 i
