Is it possible to have the Flash Projector not redownload its cache files after closing it for URL weblink .swf games?

Example those .swf games that start with http://www. and ending in gamefilename.swf

or

Step 1. Open Flash Projector / Stand-Alone Flash Player / flashplayer_11_sa.exe

Step 2. File --> Open...

Step 3. Enter the World Wide Web location (URL) eg: http://www.domain.com/games/filename.swf *NOT specify the local file you would like to open.*

Step 4. Click OK

The Problem:

When I close the Flash Projector than open it again, I noticed it redownloads the data files again when I click and view the game's dictionary files or maps, by noticing I meant once I viewed everything once, and view it again changing from say Units Tab 01-20 to Units Tab 21-40 it is very quick and fast to display, however once I closed it and open the URL to the game again, there is significant delay in displaying them again as it is viewing them for the first time.

What I want to know is how to prevent Flash Projector from clearing its cache when I close it

You can download Adobe Flash Projector / Stand-Alone Flash Player / flashplayer_11_sa.exe from:
