Hi everybody. Can you tell I am new at this computer stuff. So, it is not easy for me to ask my question. But I just got this new lab top for Christmas and I want to make sure everything is in working order. I stumbled upon some tips for setting up your lab top on YOU TUBE, and have changed my browser to Firefox. That's when I learned that my Shockwave for Director is out of date. What's that? From the research I did on Adobe, it looks like it's a $299. program? Why would my HP Pavilion lap top have something on it that I can't access? Well, I guess I will have to uninstall it. I don't know maybe you guys have a better answer. But I am not paying for another one when I have no idea what it does? But it looks like the Director works with the Shockwave to make games. Well, I just want the shockwave to play the games. I also tried to install it on Explorer but it won't let me. What is the next step?
