Hello,
I have fought with this issue since yesterday evening. I am on hold right now to chat with a tech about my issue. This is the first time that I have seen the Adobe Flash Crash message everywhere I go. This is not the first time that the plug-in was not recognized.
I am using Firefox latest version for Windows 8.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Adobe Flash plug-in so many times that I cannot remember how many. I've tried everything from taking my security software down to re-install to using Internet Explorer and nothing is working. I cannot get Chrome to download to try it. It just keeps failing to download to my pc.
I have a final exam to complete for tomorrow and really need to get this fixed. I just don't understand why both the plug-in and the crashes are happening. If it is not plugged-in how can the application crash!!!!!
Help!!!!! I am in Adobe Flash Crash HELL
UPDATE -
Just chatted with a representative who redirected me to all of the error messages with solutions. I let them know that I already tried all of those solutions and nothing worked for me. So the solution is for me to call a tech pay $39 and let the tech fix it. At this point I am willing to do that.
