Flash player 12 installed but not working

I have install Flash Player 12 successfully on my computer but when i visit http://whitechimagine.com/imagine/app.php?userGroupID=530 I keep receiving the error message to install Flash Player 11 or higher.

I am operating IE and Windows 7. I have read other posts and followed all suggestions but nothing is working. Active X is disabled, I have tried uninstalling the program then reinstalling it x 3 but the same error keeps appearing and I am out of ideas what else to try. When I go to Flash Player Help to check if flash player is install on my computer I can see that the latest version has been installed as per below.

I have checked Manage-Add-Ons and followed the steps to ensure this is correct. Scripting has also been enabled in my trusted sites settings.

Please help as I have spent the past 4 days trying to get this fixed and its driving me crazy!!
