My OS Windows-7, 64 bit, IE9 ver 9.0.8112.16421 64 bit, Flash Player ver 11.6.602.171. My insllation encountered errors: A required file (C:Windows\SysWow64\Macromed\flash\flashplayerupdateservice.exe:5) could not be written due to insufficient permissions. I have TWO folder and the other one is in Windows\System32\Macromed\flash. The first one is owned by Incredimail while the second one is owned by the System. I follow remedy instruction I found and still I could NOT install Adobe Flash Player correctly. Please help Me.
