My laptop has an AMD Athlon II P320 Dual Core processor,3GB Ram,Windows 7 HP w/Sp1 64-bit OS,and IE9

but the processor is 2.1 GHz. Is it safe to install Flash Player 11.7.700.169 on this laptop and will it run correctly even if system requirements say I need a 2.33 GHz processor? My son installed the above flask player version accidentally on his Win XP w/ SP3 with IE8 with 1.67 GHz processor and his seems to work fine. Thank you for your time in response. My current version is 11.6.602.180.
