On April 11 there was an automatic update of the Chrome browser to Version 11.7.700.169 of Flash. After the update the videos on our website (FLV format, Resolution 320x240) lose the audio and stop playing at approximately 22 seconds into the video. The videos continued to play properly on Internet Explorer 8 and 10.
This morning I installed the Flash Update 11.7.700.169 when prompted and now the videos have the same problem in Internet Explorer 10. I didn't install the update on another computer and the videos play through to the end.
We have advertisers who pay to sponsor our videos so changing settings on our computers will not help. We cannot make any changes to the video format or resolution with the platform provided by the company that hosts our website.
Will there be an update to fix this problem?
