I saw that you put some links in to fix the problem with flash player and one doesnt work. I am not surprised as I do not see any help from adove on this issue unless I am willing to pay to fix an issue that keeps happening. I can not go to site that need flash player becasue flash player kills my cpu. I lock up and I have to force quit everything. Just for the record I am using the latest verision of flash player because I untinstalled and reinstalled and checked for updates at least 5 times. I have cleared my cache at least 10 times I am up to date on my browser (using Safari) but it happens no matter what browser I use. I want a fix to this problem at this point if I could uninstall and be done with flash player I would but of course most sites require it so I am stuck. I have researched this issue but not only am I not able to contact adobe the discussion boards do not really give you an option to get immediate help and so far as I can tell there isnt a fix as either the blame is being put on everything but flash player or adobe simply doesnt know what is going on although I can see plenty of posts going back quite a while. This is unexceptable and I really dont believe this will accomplish anything either as it will probably just be ignored but I need a fix that will work not usless links and to tell me to uninstall something we all know I have to keep.
I am on an intel mac desktop running the latest version of safari 6.0.5 with flash player version 11.7.700.169 installed and it was just reinstalled after a complete wipe of my hard drive and reinstalling my os which is Mountain lion for the record and up to date as well. I tried you troubleshooting like above (found it on my own) and only works for maybe an hour before flash player goes crazy again.
I wouldnt be so angry if this just started but seeing posts going back years this problem has been on going and ignored for far too long because adobe knows we have no other choice. For the record becasue I this I wouldnt buy an adobe product if it promised me the world because if adobe cant get this right what are the pay products like I can only guess.
