adobe flash player update not recognized by Arlo

My current version of Adobe Flash Player is 32.0.0.238.  I use the desktop Firefox browser (version 64 bit 69.0 Firefox Release September 3, 2019)

 

and have determined that Flash player is installed correctly and enabled.  I made this determination following the Adobe protocols.  My OS is Windows 10.

 

When I visit my Arlo cameras to view streaming, I am presented with a statement that I need to update my Adobe Flash Player.  "A newer version of Adobe Flash Player is required. Please install the latest version from here" I have already done so as described above.  For some reason the update is not being recognized.  Of course Arlo says it is Adobe or my computer but having completed a successful installation and flash working elsewhere I am at a loss of why this is occurring or what can be done about it.
